The tour price includes:
Lodging for 8 days / 7 nights

Guided activities as listed in the itinerary
All meals from arrival at El Encinal on January 18 through breakfast on day of departure, January 25.
Local guides and entrance fees where applicable
The tour price does not include:

3. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to:
Modify activities, schedules, accommodation, or transportation
Substitute services of equal or higher value
Make necessary safety adjustments due to weather, strike, illness, local conditions, or events beyond our control
No refunds will be provided for itinerary changes caused by circumstances outside our control.
4. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)
We strongly recommend that participants purchase:
Trip cancellation/interruption insurance
Medical and emergency evacuation insurance
Proof of medical coverage may be requested.
Participants are solely responsible for obtaining insurance.
You might want to consider an add-on called Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance. If you buy CFAR—typically as an upgrade when you purchase travel insurance—it allows you to cancel your trip for reasons not listed in the standard policy. CFAR gives you flexibility: you can cancel because you changed your mind, have a fear of travel, financial reasons, or other personal situations.
5. Health, Medical & Physical Requirements
Participants must be in sufficient health to join group activities. Although all hikes and physical activities are optional, please note that El Encinal requires steps.
Please let us know about any relevant medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility issues that might limit your participation or require additional attention.
6. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
By booking this tour, you understand that:
Travel in Mexico may involve risks including transportation, weather, natural conditions, illness, and local infrastructure.
Activities such as walking, hiking, yoga, boating, or swimming carry inherent risk.
You agree to assume full responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur.
7. Liability Waiver
The tour operator, hosts, guides, and partners shall not be liable for:
Injury, illness, accident, delay, loss, or damage to personal property

Tabi Journeys/TerraVive Travel LLC is released from any claims except those caused by willful misconduct.

Cancellations & Refunds
CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER DECEMBER 29th will result in no refund.
Trip Cancellation Insurance is STRONGLY recommended and participants are solely responsible for obtaining insurance. We recommend a highly rated company like Travel Guard or Allianz. You might want to consider an add-on option called Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance. If you buy CFAR—typically as an upgrade when you purchase travel insurance—it allows you to cancel your trip for reasons not listed in the standard policy. CFAR gives you flexibility: you can cancel because you changed your mind, have a fear of travel, financial reasons, or other personal situations.
All cancellations must be made in writing to Tabi Journeys (Terravive LLC) as soon as possible and before the trip begins. Our email address is: info@tabijourneys.com.
Keep in mind that once your trip payments become non-refundable as delineated in our cancellation policy above, there will be NO refunds, and you will need to report your cancellation to your trip cancellation insurance provider for reimbursement.
We’re truly grateful to have you with us on this journey. Thank you for your understanding and support.
